conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All products are made to order, this means that from the time an order is placed the processing times (which include product manufacturing, preparing and painting) may vary from 3 – 14 days. Helmet and other Cosplay Costume orders may take 10-21 days from time of order to time of shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. RocketK1d uses ShipStation to calculate, purchase and otherwise handle our shipping labels through carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS and DHL.
Shipments are sent from Ontario, Canada and may have extended handling time when passing through customs of international countries. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The average delivery window can be 3-10 days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Digital Downloads and Virtual Products
RocketK1d does not, currently, provide Digital Downloads or Virtual Products.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RocketK1d is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
RocketK1d is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected] or using our online chat.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us in filling a claim with the carrier before we can proceed with replacing your order.
